Downtown Las Vegas

One of the best places for new business owners and millennials, Downtown Las Vegas offers a revitalized spot with a real city feel. It’s a very walkable place to call home with plenty of things to do, dining options and places to shop.

Residents also gain easy access to the Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa.

Boulder City

A quiet Las Vegas suburb, Boulder City offers an excellent choice to call home. It’s filled with Mediterranean and contemporary style homes offering incredible views. The neighborhood offers plenty of things to do outside with just a 22 minute average commute time to Las Vegas.

Enjoy hitting the links at the Boulder City Golf Course or take the family for a picnic at Hemenway Valley Park. In addition, there are several great dining options and the nightlife in Boulder City is rather vibrant.

Henderson

A city of its’ own, Henderson is considered a suburb of Las Vegas. It has grown fast over the past few decades and has become a bigger part of Las Vegas. Several “best of” accolades have been given to Henderson and it was also named as “the second safest city in America” by Forbes.

Blue Diamond

A very small suburb, Blue Diamond offers a great place for those moving to Las Vegas. It’s filled with large Mediterranean-style homes and plenty of the homes have beautiful gardens. Those looking to live close to nature will love this suburb.

Blue Diamond is home to the very beautiful Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. This is the place for picnicking, hiking and outdoor shows.
